Credit Reporting Bodies (CRBs)
We primarily exchange data with National Credit Insurance (Brokers) Pty Ltd. CRBs may use this data to create credit reports or for marketing pre-screening.
Your Protection: You have the right to request that CRBs:
i. Exclude your data from marketing lists.
ii. "Freeze" your file if you suspect identity theft or fraud.
Trade Insurers & Service Providers
We may share information with:
i. Trade insurers to secure our credit risks.
ii. Third-party specialists who assist us with debt collection, legal disputes, and technical account management.
5. Global Data Movement
While Adventure Online operates locally and does not routinely disclose your information to overseas recipients, some of our service providers or CRBs may:
i. Utilize international cloud infrastructure to store data.
ii. Process data through overseas technical support systems.
6. Safeguarding Your Information
Security is at the core of our operations. We employ robust technical and administrative measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. Once your information is no longer legally required or necessary for business, it is:
i. Securely destroyed.
ii. Permanently de-identified.
