Assembly Pro is a performance assembly grease that protects bike components against corrosion, seizing, and wear. Assembly Pro is developed using advanced nano lubrication technology that forms an ultra thin protective layer between surfaces. This protective layer prevents friction, corrosion, and material seizing. As a result, components last significantly longer and are easier to disassemble. The water repellent formula with an NLGI 3 hardness level provides exceptionally long lasting protection, even in wet or muddy conditions. The optimal viscosity keeps the grease exactly where it should be, without running or migrating.

Application

Clean the surfaces you want to assemble thoroughly with Perfect Prep and make sure they are completely dry. This ensures optimal adhesion of Assembly Pro.

Apply a layer of Assembly Pro to headsets, bottom brackets, pedals, and other assembly points. Install the component and remove any excess grease after assembly.
