Wolf Tooth Resolve V2 Dropper Post 34.9mm

Resolve rev2 expands the best-in-class, first-of-its-kind specs of the original Resolve while adding 34.9 diameter, a 242mm travel option, and new internals for 25% lighter actuation and better self-bleeding.

It’s lightweight, keeps a low profile, and will perform as expected every time it is needed. It also has a low lifetime cost of ownership because it is covered by Wolf Tooth Right to Repair and is serviceable at home.

Resolve rev2 is one of the lightest dropper posts on the market. It’s as much as 26% lighter than other dropper posts of the same travel and size.

When a dropper post has a short insertion length, longer travel options are unlocked for more bikes. A short insertion length is vital for smaller bikes, frames with curved seat tubes, and frames with seat tubes that have bottle bosses.

Compatibility

• Compatible with bike frames that use 30.9mm, 31.6mm, and 34.9mm diameter seatposts with internal cable routing for dropper posts.
• The minimum insertion depth is clearly marked on the Resolve Dropper Post lower tube and varies between 90 and 182mm. Always follow the minimum insertion depth recommended by your bike frame manufacturer if it is greater than the number marked on your dropper post. Minimum insertion depth varies by travel length.
• The longest travel dropper post that will fit you and your bike can be determined using our dropper post length calculator tool .
• Spacers can be installed to reduce the travel of the dropper post. Custom built dropper posts can be purchased with spacers installed at the factory.
• If your dropper lever routes the cable head at the remote lever on handlebars you will need a knarp cable barrel.
• Compatible with any ebike that uses a conventional dropper post mounting and actuating system.

NOTE: that the self-bleeding function of the Resolve cartridge requires the dropper post to fully bottom out. Anything that prevents fully bottoming out will reduce the self-bleeding capability. Because of this, we do not recommend using the Wolf Tooth Valais or similar products that limit the downward (retracting) travel of the post. Limiting the extending travel is not an issue – our travel adjust spacers do exactly this.
