Magene's power meter cranksets (PES and TEO series) are built around two spindle standards, and which one you need depends on your current setup. The PES P515 and P505 use a 24mm steel spindle, the same diameter as Shimano cranksets, so riders coming off Shimano can install them without swapping their bottom bracket, since it uses a 24mm spindle, making it a direct replacement for riders using a Shimano crankset. The TEO P515 uses a 29mm DUB spindle, matching SRAM's standard, so those with SRAM DUB road cranksets won't need a new bottom bracket.
On bottom bracket shells, compatibility has improved over recent generations. Early PES models had issues with BB386 and T47, but compatibility issues with BB386 and T47 bottom brackets have been resolved on the current PES P515, and the TEO P515 offers wide compatibility with modern road frames including BB386 and T47 standards. There are still fitment limits worth checking: the bottom bracket shell's overall width after installation needs to sit between 90.5–92mm, and the drive-side bottom bracket's external diameter must be under 57mm.
For chainrings, both spindle types use the same 110×4 BCD (4-bolt) interface, so you can typically reuse your existing chainrings if they share that configuration, including Shimano 12-speed chainrings.
Road vs gravel is the biggest thing to flag: both the PES P515 and TEO P515 are built specifically for road bikes and won't work with gravel bikes, largely down to spindle length/chainline - so gravel riders will need to look at Magene's spider based offerings rather than these road cranksets.
